Delivery

Standard delivery times for most orders is 4-7 working days from placement of order, however, during peak times the dispatch can be longer, especially if you are placing a large order. If you need your items by a specific date with a tight deadline, please do not order online and contact us via email or telephone instead. Small orders will be sent via Royal Mail and larger orders will be dispatched by courier. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct. KiwiCraftArt takes no responsibility for packages that fail to be delivered due to incorrect contact information, or addresses that are inaccessible at time of delivery. All delivery times are to be treated as estimates only.
